Training of trainers held on “Disaster and Emergency preparedness and response”

NEMA and UNICEF coorganizing training of trainers on 18-22 September.

The training was opened by Deputy chief of NEMA, Brigadier general B.Uuganbayar and Deputy resident representative of the UNICEF, Mr. Peter Zafiriv and congratulated the participants. The five-day training course will prepare trainers by proving knowledge on how to assess disaster and emergency situations, process of delievery humanitrian aid, and standarts of disability people and children protection.

In the training 31 participants from the Ministry of Constraction, World Vision Mongolia, Red Cross Society and National Rescue Brigade under the NEMA also Capital and 12 provincial Emergency Management Departments specialists, doctors, and psychologists.
