Organzizing trainnig to enhance the psychological khowledge and experience of officers

The "Training to Improve the Psychological Knowledge and Experience of Search and Rescue Officers," organized by the National Emergency Management Agency in collaboration with the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation, is now on its second day. 
Approximately 50 officers from NEMA and representatives from central and local Emergency Management Departments—including commanders, group rulers, rescue team doctors, and psychologists—are participating in the training. 


This training aims to psychologically prepare and support personnel in fulfilling their duties, ensuring they are always ready for potential disasters and accidents. It also seeks to enhance the understanding of psychology among search and rescue commanders, group leaders, and rescue doctors managing daily operations. The training will continue until tomorrow, November 1st.

Participants engaged with leaders from the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Social Security of Vietnam. They explored the activities of the Training Center associated with this department, as well as the work of the Red Cross Committee, which facilitated a constructive exchange of information.
