A training course, "Firefighting in High-Rise Buildings," was organized to ensure constant preparedness during fires, disasters, and accidents in high-rise buildings.

This initiative aimed to enhance the knowledge of firefighting and rescue unit commanders, as well as branch commanders, regarding effective decision-making. Certificates were handed over to the officers who participated in the training.

The training was conducted under the 2023-2024 joint plan of the National Emergency Management Agency and the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation.

The training was led by qualified trainers from the Ministry of Emergencies Russian Federation. Officers from the NEMA, Fire Extinguishing and Rescue Unit, the Emergency Management Department of Capital City, and districts participated in this training.

Participants engaged with leaders from the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Social Security of Vietnam. They explored the activities of the Training Center associated with this department, as well as the work of the Red Cross Committee, which facilitated a constructive exchange of information.
