Nema organizing training of trainers for incedint command system

NEMA in collaborqtion with US Foreist Service and with the support of USAID has organized a training entitled "Incident Command System" during 11-14 November.

Training has been conducted under the quidence and stewardship of Brigadier General B. Uuganbayar, Deputy Cheif of NEMA and Kris Noble, training team leader from US Forest Service and his experienced expert trainers.

More than 30 participants represented by Deputy Heads of Regional Emergency Management Departments and specialists from Capital City and NEMA units. Officers from Khovd, Orkhon, Umnugovi and Dornod have been engaged in this training dedicated to the train trainers.

Mongolia is working activity to institute ICS in responding to incidents by taking up international best practices with the aim to successfully adapt to Mongolian reality by builfing our professional capacity.

Through effective training framework and efforts. Further strenthening and scaling up of ICS to successfully respond and mitigate incidents and their negative consequencies.
