Colonel Ts. Ganzorig, the First Deputy Chief of the National Emergency Management Agency, met with Ambassador Counselor Martin Orlando and Defense Attaché Marcelino Capotte from the Embassy of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay in Beijing.
During their meeting, both parties discussed the potential for collaboration between their countries in the area of disaster protection
