Donation of MNT 66 million handed over to support herders household in Arkhangai and Dornod provinces

On 5 February, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Mongolia organized a cash donation ceremony of MNT 66 million to support 100 herders household affected by Dzud in Arkhangai and Dornod Provinces.
During the event Mrs. Shen Minjuan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary  of the People’s Republic of China to Mongolia expressed that to assising herders households at difficult situation is important to strengthen capacity building, disaster prevention and combiting the climate change and reducing risk of our two countries 
The event attended by the Major General G. Ariunbuyan, Chief of NEMA, Mr.Tapan Mishra, UN Resident Coordinator in Mongolia. Mrs. Sh.Munguntuya, Head of the Department of Climate Change and Disaster Management of Red Cross Sociaty Mongolia and B.Sanjmyatav the Deputy Governor of Arkhangai Province and P.Bat-Ulzii Head of the Governors Office of Dornod province.
