Within the framework of the project, the ceremony of handing over the "Virtual reality" equipment for earthquake disaster prevention training was held at NEMA today. The event was attended by the Chief of NEMA, Major General G. Ariunbuyan, the Deputy Head of the Embassy of Japan Sh.Kikuma, the head of JICA's representative office in Mongolia Tanaka Shinichi, and representatives of the project team.

"Disaster Preparedness and Response" training for instructors was organized

Improved capacity and prepared local Emergency Department personnel with a training module on "Disaster Preparedness and Response", "Child-oriented Training and teaching methods, children's cognitive development and characteristics", and "Gender and disabilities" in the context of disasters and emergencies specialized in the field of child protection during the emergency.

NEMA personnels attends International training on Urban Search and Rescue Coordination

38 paricipants of 7 countries were involved in the training and shared experiences.
